Kids Yoga with Patti

Kids yoga is a fun class where the kids learn yoga and meditation and have a go being the teacher leading different activities---kids teach kids yoga! They learn and build confidence.

For 8-12's.

Meditation Foundations with Patti Live & Online 6pm

Studio

These meditation sessions have a focus on relaxing the body and settling the mind and emotions. It helps us to create more calm that moves into the week. Patti guides the class and provided tips for those keen to practise at home. Discussion includes tips to bring more awareness into our day so we can make choices for our wellbeing.

Move all over Yoga with Patti Thursdays 7pm

Patti likes to move every part of the body in this class and poses are readily accessible for beginners to medium levels of intensity. There is a bit of a meditative feel to the class as we listen to our body and make the moves our own.

Slow Flow Yoga with Jiae Fridays 9:30am

Studio

Jiae's "slow flow" class is designed to help you find space between poses while enjoying the gentle rhythm of flow yoga. With a mindfully arranged set of poses, you can  connect  mind and body and improve flexibility and strength.

Payment can be made via credit card/EFTPOS  or cash at the studio on arrival. You can save with our 10-class pass or our Health and Well Being Membership. Please dress comfortably and bring your own yoga mat for class.

Building Strength & Well Being

Studio

Building Strength and Well Being is a fun, one hour class with Patti and Jane using light weights and resistance bands for stretches and strengthening &  favourite yoga poses with weights. This class is self paced, with plenty of choices and guidance available for all levels. We'll have a short relaxation at the end too. Please bring a small towel and 'inside' trainers.

$20 casual, or use your 10 class pass or your membership card.

Restore & Nurture Yoga with Patti Sundays 9am

Studio

Sunday morning 'Restore and Nurture' with Patti is a class to relax, restore. Gentle stretches and a more "yin" focus. It's all about slowing down, listening and taking  care from the inside out.
