Relax, stretch & Reconnect Yoga with Belinda Wednesdays 9:30am Level 2

Studio

We start the class with stillness, slowing down the breath, allowing the mind and body to fully relax.
This is followed by deep stretching of the body, helping to build flexibility and strength while at the same time relieving stress and tension.
Classes are finished with a restful yoga nidra ( yoga relaxtion/sleep) allowing you to reconnect and deeply relax.

Move all Over Yoga with Patti Wednesdays- 5:00pm Level 1/2

Studio

Patti likes to move every part of the body in this class and poses are readily accessible for beginners to medium levels of intensity. There is a bit of a meditative feel to the class as we listen to our body and make the moves our own. Ths timing for this class makes it ideal for parents and teens too.

Enlightening Book Club

We'll have a cuppa and enjoy reading books that uplift and enlighten and then finish with a short meditation. We will meet every week however you can come any week or every week. We are starting with The Hidden LIfe of Trees. $5 charge.

Kids yoga is a fun class where the kids learn yoga and meditation and have a go being the teacher leading different activities---kids teach kids yoga! They learn and build confidence.

For 8-12's.

$150 for term of 10 classes or $20 casual

Meditation Foundations with Patti Live & Online Thursdays 5:45pm

Studio

These meditation sessions have a focus on relaxing the body and settling the mind and emotions. It helps us to create more calm that moves into the week. Patti guides the class and provided tips for those keen to practise at home. Discussion includes tips to bring more awareness into our day so we can make choices for our wellbeing.

Slow Flow Yoga with Jiae Fridays 9:30am Level 3

Jiae's "slow flow" class is designed to help you find space between poses while enjoying the gentle rhythm of flow yoga. With a mindfully arranged set of poses, you can  connect  mind and body and improve flexibility and strength.

Payment can be made via credit card/EFTPOS  or cash at the studio on arrival. You can save with our 10-class pass or our Health and Well Being Membership. Please dress comfortably and bring your own yoga mat for class.

"Jane has created a fun 1 hour Active Refresh Exercsie Class'  Sun mornings 7:45am at Refresh Yoga. The class boosts fitness, awakens your metabolism and balances hormones. All fitness levels welcomed and catered for. Sunday morning 'Restore and Nurture' with Patti is a class to relax, restore. Gentle stretches and a more "yin" focus. It's all about slowing down, listening and taking  care from the inside out.
