We start the class with stillness, slowing down the breath, allowing the mind and body to fully relax.
This is followed by deep stretching of the body, helping to build flexibility and strength while at the same time relieving stress and tension.
Classes are finished with a restful yoga nidra (yoga relaxation/sleep) allowing you to reconnect and deeply relax.

Patti likes to move every part of the body in this class and poses are readily accessible for beginners to medium levels of intensity. There is a bit of a meditative feel to the class as we listen to our body and make the moves our own. Ths timing for this class makes it ideal for parents and teens too.
