15 years ago after the youngest of my 3 children went off to kindy—I had always wanted to do yoga and I didn’t quite know what it was. It was something I thought I would like to do. It was quite different to what I expected. It wasn’t really a form of exercise. Over the last 15 years when I haven’t been practising yoga I knew I had to get back to it. I had to get back to it because I knew while I was practising I was better able to manage my life- less stress and worry. I just wanted to learn more because I wanted more of the benefits. Then of course you want to share with others people to get the same benefits. I enjoy being able to share the benefits of yoga for people on that same journey. Come along and enjoy a general yoga class, suitable for all levels including beginners. We focus on connecting the breath with movement while building strength and flexibility. All classes finish with a yoga nidra ( relaxation).
